HITT stands for Highly Intuitive Technician Training—but what does that really mean?
Schedule a meeting today! We mean right now.

I’m Homer Coffman, and I created HITT with a fresh approach to technician training. After years in the industry, I noticed something: traditional training methods—boot camps, all-hands sessions, and big classroom immersions—don’t work for everyone.
Ever seen a tech leave one of those classes feeling overwhelmed? Or worse, struggling more than before? Maybe they pick up a tip or two but never fully connect the dots. The truth is, most techs work with their hands because they’re doers—not classroom learners. That’s where HITT comes in.
Our training is hands-on, real-world, and built for techs who learn by doing. Sure, we start with a short Q&A/information session—just an hour, because we know attention spans are limited. Then we hit the road. We ride along, show the process in action, and let techs see how a call really flows. It’s the “I do, we do, you do” method—because seeing is believing.
At HITT, we don’t just teach—we connect. We get to know your techs, adapt to their learning style, and train in front of real customers on real calls. Why? Because that’s what works. HITT is the only training of its kind, designed specifically for electricians and plumbers across the country. If you want your team to learn faster, retain more, and feel confident on the job, HITT is the answer.
