 Terms of Service for Highly Intuitive Technician Training 

Effective Date: November 21, 2025

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website located at highlyintuitivetechniciantraining.com, getyourhitt.com, and gothitt.com (the “Site" or “HITT”), operated by Highly Intuitive Technician Training ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Site.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

• Age Restriction: This Site is offered only to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.
• Account Responsibility: If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.1

4. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Site immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Site will immediately cease.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Site, or the information, content, or materials included on the Site. You expressly agree that your use of the Site is at your sole risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall HITT, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Site; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Site; (iii) any content obtained from the Site; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Site after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
